Sharing the vision

Having reviewed their employee engagement proposition, Proxima – a procurement services business –  wanted to creating a unique and outstanding employee brand focussed on teamwork, excellence and individual growth and development.

Their people transformation programme is moving the organisation from onerous, administrative heavy systems to an employee centric approach. And with the vision and strategy agreed, Proxima turned to Bretom for assistance with the creation of an HR brand to support all internal communications.

Following a briefing session with senior Proxima stakeholders, Bretom reviewed all current collateral and augmented the corporate brand with stakeholder insights and aspirations.

An iconographic identity was developed as the foundations for the brand look and feel. Based on a new set of visual and tone of voice guidelines, this approach was rolled out across all required collateral.

It was important that the brand could be easily and effectively implemented internally. All documents were created in editable formats for Proxima to use and develop internally moving forward.

The consistent, concise style of the communications has made an immediate and positive impact on internal engagement.

Client perspective

While our team has expertise in change management and internal communication, we have a lot of work to do getting the structures and processes in place to support our new approach.
